Passenger Vehicle Awareness and Operations

A passenger vehicle awareness and operations course (meets NFPA 1006, 2021 edition) will be held at Star City VFD (Monongalia County) on June 4, 6, and 7, 2026. Class times are 6-10pm weekdays and Sat./Sun. 8am – 6pm. Jimmy Glassock is the lead instructor. Students will need to come prepared to class sessions with PPE appropriate for vehicle rescue.
Cost for the class is $90 tuition and the course textbook will be available at a cost of $85 each.
