EMT-Mining Recertification – Module 1

This eight-hour course is being conducted at United Technical Center, 251 Marietta St., Clarksburg, WV 26301.  This will be in the portable classroom located next to the burn training tower.  Class meets on Saturday 12/20/2025 from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, with a break for lunch.  To be eligible for this class, EMT-Mining cards must be due to expire on December 31, 2025. Recertification must be completed before December 31, 2025.

This module will cover Introduction to Emergency Care, Well Being of the EMT-M, Medical/Legal – Ethical Issues, The Human Body, Patient Assessment, Vital Signs, and associated skill stations.

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED and PAYMENT IS DUE BY THE CLASS DATE.
