DRIVER OPERATOR – PUMPER

This 40-hour course is being conducted at Shinnston Fire Department, Shinnston, WV (Harrison County).  Class dates will be April 8, 10, 11, 14, 16, 20, 23, & 25, 2026.  Class times will be 7am-5pm on weekends and 5pm – 9pm weekdays.  Justin George is the instructor.

PREREQUISITES:  Student must be certified in Firefighter 1, or Firefighter 1 Module 1, and Emergency Vehicle Operations, and must have a valid driver’s license.

*Student must bring copies of his/her Firefighter 1 (or FF 1 Module 1) and EVOC certificates to first class session.

TUITION:  $60 per student.  The Fire Apparatus Driver Operator textbook will be available at $80 each.
