The written test for initial EMT certification will be administered at the community building in Franklin, WV on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at 6:00 pm. This is for a particular class, but others who are eligible to test or retest this or other classes can participate by making prior arrangements with David Plume at WVPST Martinsburg.
