WVPST is pleased to announce a Passenger Vehicle Rescue Awareness and Vehicle Rescue Operations class.
Vehicle Rescue Awareness – Passenger: This 4-hour class meets NFPA 1006 Ch.8, 2021 edition for Vehicle Rescue Awareness. There is no required prerequisite training.
Vehicle Rescue Operations – Passenger: This 16-hour class meets NFPA 1006 Ch.8, 2021 edition for Vehicle Rescue Operations. Prerequisite training is Vehicle Rescue Awareness OR Public Service Training Rescue Core Prerequisites.
PPE Needed: Work pants, long sleeve shirt, steel toed boots, eye protection, ear protection, fire helmet or hard hat or substitute bunker gear with eye protection
Tuition: $65/person for both
Location: Tyler Mountain VFD (5380 Big Tyler Road, Cross Lanes, WV 25313)
Date: January 22, 27, & 28, 2024
Time: 1800-2200 on 1/22/24 and 0800-1600 on 1/27 & 1/28
