A Teaching Methodologies – Emergency Services Instructor Course will be offered at Keyser VFD Station 2, 1550 Cornell Street
Keyser, WV 26726. This course will be offered over 2 weekends and will meet the standards for NFPA Instructor I. dates will be September 9 – 10 – 11 and September 16 – 17 – 18. Friday evenings from 6 – 10pm and weekends from 8am – 5pm.
Successful completion of the course does not guarantee employment as a West Virginia Public Service Training Instructor. This Instructor Course will prepare the participant to deliver training in an EMS, Fire, or Law Enforcement Department. This course will allow participants to receive Instructor 1 certification. In order to receive an Adult Teaching Permit from WV Department of Education, the applicant must meet additional requirements.
