Rural Water Movement
A 16-hour Rural Water Movement class will be held at Paw Paw VFD Saturday and Sunday, August 5 & 6, 2017 starting at 8:00 am both days. Marshall Younker is the instructor. Class fee is $35. Rural water movement is a reality for Fire Departments in West Virginia. This class is a review and discussion of techniques for supplying water in rural areas. The class will include a lot of hands on training with multiple scenarios. This is a good review and practice for veteran firefighters, and an excellent opportunity for firefighters who have not experienced water shuttle operations. Preregistration is not required.
