Rope Rescue Operations

This 20 hour class meeting the NFPA 1006, 2021 Ed., and the requirements for IFSAC certification, is being held at Parsons VFD, Parsons, WV (Tucker County) on August 2, 8, and 9 (if needed), 2026. Class times are 9am – 5pm on each day. Tom Klus is the course instructor. Students should come to class each day dressed for rope rescue work (long pants, helmet, gloves, closed toe shoes or boots). Cost for this class is $70 per person. Prerequisite training is rope rescue awareness or core rescue prerequisites course.
