WVPST is pleased to announce an IFSAC Rope Rescue Awareness & Operations class at the Independent Fire Company.
When: Rope Awareness – March 27, 2026 – 6pm-10pm
Rope Operations – March 28, 29, 2026 – 8am-6pm
Instructor: Darin Virag
Tuition: $60
Book: $80.00 (Students are encouraged to purchase a book)
Class Size: 20 seats each class
Equipment Requirements: Helmets, Long Pants, Gloves (not fire gloves), above ankle boots, and Safety Glasses. If your department has harnesses, please bring those!
Please practice basic knots prior to coming to class!
