On behalf of the Mason Volunteer Fire Department, we would like to invite everyone to the 1st Annual Mason Volunteer Fire Department Fire School. This year we have put together some training events that will increase the knowledge of our fellow firefighters within the surrounding areas. In conjunction with the West Virginia Public Service Training a Cooperative of Mountain State Educational Services, is to provide you with hands on training and skills needed to be effective in the first line of defense during any type of emergency within your prospective communities. Thank you in advance for attending our 1st Annual Fire School weekend with us.

Time: 0800-1700 daily (1800-2200 on Friday (7/26) evening for Hazmat Class)

Classes Offered:
Emergency Vehicle Operations Course (EVOC)
The Art of Reading Smoke
Basic Pump Operations & Engine Operations
Auto Extrication Awareness & Operations
Forcible Entry & Ventilation
Hazardous Material Awareness & Operations (Hazmat Class will be 1800-2200 on Friday evening and 0800-2300 on Saturday and Sunday)
CPR Instructor Training
