Prerequisites:

Fire Service, FF 1, HMO, and FF 2

EMS Service, EMT or Higher and CPR Instructor

Certificates must be provided with application

Four years’ experience as a Fire Fighter, EMT or Paramedic

Fill out the attached application and return to the WVPST-Wheeling office

There are additional requirements to become a WVPST Instructor see attached list

Completion of Instructor 1 course is no guarantee of employment as a WVPST Instructor

Cost: $250.00 includes books

Dates: January 5, 6, 12, 13, and 19, 2019

Times: 8:00 am till 4:00 pm each day

Must attend all sessions no exceptions
