Location: Fayetteville VFD, 150 Lively St, Fayetteville, WV

Pre-requisites: Must have 4 years experience as a Fire Fighter, EMT or Paramedic. Additional requirement for EMS service instructor, BLS CPR instructor. This must be obtained before applying for an Adult Teaching Permit.

Class Dates: February 16, 17, 18, 2024 and March 8, 9, 10, 2024

Class Times: Fridays 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm, Saturdays and Sundays 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

Cost: $180.00 (includes textbook). Make checks payable to Southern Educational Services Cooperative. Payment must be submitted with application. If your agency is paying, submit a letter on your agency letterhead signed by the agency head and we will invoice.
