Pre-requisites: Must have 4 years experience as a Fire Fighter, EMT or Paramedic. Additional requirement for EMS service instructor, BLS CPR instructor. This must be obtained before applying for an Adult Teaching Permit.

Class Dates: January 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, and 16, 2022.

Class Times: Fridays 6:00 pm till 10:00 pm, Saturdays and Sundays 8:00 am till 4:00 pm.

Cost: $150.00 make checks payable to Mountain State ESC. Payment must be submitted with application to take class or a letter from agency asking to be invoiced for the class.
