West Virginia Public Service Training will be offering a WV Fire Fighter 1, Module 1 course at West Hamlin VFD (121 Guyan St., West Hamlin, WV 25571). Class will lead straight through Module 4.

This 36.5-hour module course covers subjects such as: History of the Fire Service, Fire Fighter Safety, PPE/SCBA, Fire Service Communications, ICS, First Aid/CPR & HazMat Awareness.

Dates: November 3, 4, 5, and 18, 2023

Times: 1800-2200 on Friday and 0830-1700 on Saturdays and Sundays

Instructor: CJ Scalf

Location: West Hamlin VFD (121 Guyan St., West Hamlin, WV 25571)

Tuition: $50/module per person

Book: $75

Supply Fee (if applicable): $100

PREREQUISTITES: REGISTRANTS MUST BE AT LEAST 16 YEARS OLD
