West Virginia Public Service Training will be offering a WV Fire Fighter 1, Module 1 course at Glasgow VFD (119 Tompkins Ave., Glasgow, WV 25086). Class will lead straight through Module 4.

This 36.5-hour module course covers subjects such as: History of the Fire Service, Fire Fighter Safety, PPE/SCBA, Fire Service Communications, ICS, First Aid/CPR & HazMat Awareness.

Dates: August 15, 17, 22, 24, 26, 27, 29, 31 and September 5, 2023

Times: 1830-2230 on Tuesdays and Thursdays and 0900-1700 on Saturdays and Sundays

Instructor: Jacob Elswick

Location: Glasgow VFD (119 Tompkins Ave., Glasgow, WV 25086

Tuition: $50/module per person

Book: $75

PREREQUISTITES: REGISTRANTS MUST BE AT LEAST 16 YEARS OLD
