Educational Institution Administrators,

As you all know we are rapidly closing in on the EMT expiration date for this year. Testing has been going on across the state and at the state office. There are still providers that have not completed their testing successfully to recertify.

There will be a test session held at the MCC (Room 201) in Flatwoods, WV at 0900hrs on December 21st. This will be the last test session scheduled for the year.

Anyone that has providers needing to take an exam can have them participate.  You will need to send the following information to Tim Priddy at timothy.j.priddy@wv.gov prior to 4pm on December 19th.

Providers First and last name, WV certification Number and recertification course code.

A reminder should be given to all participants to be on time (late entries will not be accepted), to have a picture ID on them for verification and to leave all electronic devices in their vehicle!

If there are more providers than we have room for, some providers may be asked to wait for a second session that will go on right after the first. We will get everyone tested that day that is on the roster. Providers must be on the roster to test.
