EMT Recertification/Initial Written and Practical Testing
Testing will be at the RESA 7 office, 1201 North 15th Street, Clarksburg WV (Harrison County), on Tuesday December 5, 2017 beginning at 6:00 PM. This testing will include written and practical testing for EMT Initial and Recertification. All EMT recertification requirements must be completed and documented on the EMT Recertification- Continuing Education Form and the EMT Recertification – Skills Evaluation Form.
- PLEASE BRING PHOTO ID. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO TEST WITHOUT PHOTO ID.

DIRECTIONS: From Interstate 79 (Exit 119), take Route 50 West, traveling toward Clarksburg, to West Virginia Avenue (about 3 miles). After exiting, bear left, staying on West Virginia Avenue; turn right onto 15th Street. The RESA 7 building on the corner of 15th Street and Hamill Avenue.
From Route 50, traveling east toward Bridgeport, take the West Virginia Avenue exit. Turn right across the bridge (overpass). At the stop sign, turn left; travel two blocks then turn right onto 15th Street. The RESA 7 building is on the corner of 15th Street and Hamill Avenue.
RESA 7’s parking lot is at the rear of the building on 14th Street (14th Street would be your first right off West Virginia Avenue), or you may park in the church lot at the top of the hill on 15th Street. Do not block anyone’s driveway.
