Randolph County EMS
In conjunction with Randolph County EMS, through grant funding they have obtained from the EMS WV: Answer the Call Initiative, we will be running an EMT academy at Randolph County EMS for Fall 2022. The registration/orientation class session will be held August 31 from 3pm – 5pm at Randolph County EMS. Heather Brown is the course instructor. This academy will prepare students to immediately function as EMTs within the EMS system. EMT Academy Brochure contains additional information about the program. Interested persons with questions may also attend the Open House event at Randolph County EMS (click here for details on that) to discuss the program further.
First priority for entrance is being given to folks willing to commit to at least part-time service with Randolph County EMS, however, others may request to be placed on a waiting list in case seats still remain available. Those interested in employment with Randolph County EMS should complete the EMT Academy App and return it to email@example.com. To request placement on the waiting list, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Students must have access to a computer outside of the classroom, reliable internet, and be self motivated to complete assignments and spend time studying outside of formal class hours.
Please contact Heather Brown at Randolph County EMS (304-636-1213) or the WV Public Service Training office at email@example.com or 304-326-7581 with any questions.
