EMERGENCY VEHICLE OPERATIONS
This 16-hour course is being conducted at Bruceton Brandonville VFD, Bruceton Mills, West Virginia (Preston County). Class dates are August 17 and 18, 2024 from 9:00am – 5:00pm each day. Charles Curtis is the lead instructor. In addition to didactic material and driving skills completed during the in class portion, students must be signed off by leadership within their department (Chief, Agency Director, Training Officer, etc.) after completion of a daily inspection exercise and operation of an emergency vehicle on a public roadway. Additional details on completing these activities will be provided during class. Certificates will only be issued after ALL requirements have been completed. Students are responsible for bringing their own department apparatus for the driving portion of the class.

PREREQUISITES: Students must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
TUITION is $45 per student and the course textbook will be loaned during the class for a fee of $10. Fees may be paid with cash, check or money order made payable to Mountain State Educational Service Cooperative or MSESC. Payment, or an authorization to invoice form, is due at the first class session.
