A Teaching Methodologies – Emergency Services Instructor Course Level I and II will be offered at Short Gap VFC.
This course will be offered over 2 weekends and will meet the standards for NFPA Instructor I and NFPA Instructor II.
Dates: June 7-8-9, 2023 and June 14-15-16, 2023. Friday evenings from 6 – 10pm and weekends from 8am – 6pm.
Cost: $280.00 includes book
Successful completion of the course does not guarantee employment as a West Virginia Public Service Training Instructor. This Instructor Course will prepare the participant to deliver training in an EMS, Fire, or Law Enforcement Department. This course will allow participants to receive Instructor I and II certification. In order to receive an Adult Teaching Permit from the WV Department of Education, the applicant must meet additional requirements.
