Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

This 155 hour minimum program is the basic level of EMT care by the West Virginia Office of Emergency Medical Services. This class meets the National Standards Curriculum.  The EMT candidate must successfully complete the program, complete required clinical time, complete the practical skills testing, and obtain a passing score on the computer-based National Registry exam. Recertification is required by National Registry every two years.

The cost of the class will be $475, this includes tuition, textbook, and one Platinum Ed login.

Class is being held at Best Ambulance and will begin on Thursday, February 20, 2025 at 5:00 pm. Bryan Hylton is the instructor.

There are a limited number of 20 seats available for this class. You must pre-register using the form below. This class may be cancelled if minimum enrollment numbers are not met.
