FIREFIGHTER 1

This 120-hour course will be conducted at Cool Springs Volunteer Fire Department, Morgantown, WV (Monongalia County). Class will begin on Saturday, February 26, 2022, at 8:00am.  Additional class dates will be worked out with the group at that time.  Donnie Goodwin is the instructor.  This is a traditional in person class and attendance is expected and required in order for students to successfully complete the course.  A student may only miss 10% of total class hours and still be eligible to test upon course completion.

Students must be able to bring structural firefighting PPE to each class session, to include: pants, coat, hood, helmet, gloves, and SCBA (mask and cylinder).

TUITION/COSTS: Student cost $45 plus $50 supply fee. The 4th Edition “Fundamentals of Firefighter Skills” book will be available from the instructor at a cost of $75 each.
