FF1 IFSAC Testing

Pre-registration is required.

Successful completion of the examination earns the candidate IFSAC certification in Fire Fighter I, Hazardous Materials Awareness, and Hazardous Materials Operations. The examination is composed of written tests including Fire Fighter 1, (100 questions); Hazardous Materials Awareness (25 questions); Hazardous Materials Operations (50 questions), and practical skills demonstrations. Those wishing to take the examination can request skills sheets to study.

Applications will be accepted on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis and must be received by 5 pm on September 27, 2019. Pre-registration is required. The registration form can be found here: FF1 IFSAC testing at Beaver VFD

Written testing on Friday, October 4, 2019 at 6:00 pm; Practical Skills evaluations on Saturday, October 5 beginning at 9:00 am.
