STRUCTURAL FIRE FIGHTING
This 20 hour course is a skills training program for fire protection of structural occupancies and serves to hone the skills of the seasoned fire fighter. Skills will include Ventilation, Hose and Nozzle Handling Techniques, Pittsburgh Drill, Denver Drill, Below Grade Fires, 2nd Story Fires, Flashover Training and a Structural drill combining all the skills learned during this class. The class will consist of classroom presentation on Friday night and two days of practical skills on Saturday and Sunday. Prerequisites are 18 years of age and fire fighter level 1. All students must provide their own NFPA “approved” Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Maximum number of students is 20
Cost per student is $100 per student
