Firefighter 1 – IFSAC Eligible

West Virginia Public Service Training is proud to offer a Fire Fighter 1 course conducted at the Independent Fire Company . Class will begin on October 6, 2026, at 6:00pm.  Classes dates will be determined on the first night of class.

This class will cover FF1, Haz Mat Awareness and Operations, CPR/First Aid and  Live Fire Training, and TIM training.

After completion of this class, students who wish to test for IFSAC will be eligible. IFSAC testing fees are $35.00 per exam.

TUITION/COSTS: Class cost $60.00 plus $100.00 supply fee. The “Fundamentals of Firefighter Skills 5th Edition ” book will be available from the instructor at a cost of $85.00 each.
