SUMMARY:Wilderness First Aid
DESCRIPTION:A 16 hour Wilderness First Aid course will be offered at Whitme
 r VFD\, Whitmer\, WV (Randolph County) May 9 and 10\, 2026\, from 8:30am -
  4:30pm.  Bryan Roy will be the lead instructor for the course.  This co
 urse differs from traditional first aid courses in that it provides partic
 ipants with knowledge and skills to provide first aid in settings where he
 lp is greater than 1 hour away.  Course is taught following the Emergency
  Care and Safety Institute curriculum.  Participants must be present for 
 the entire class in order to receive certification.  Cost for the course 
 is $85 per person\, which includes tuition\, ebook\, and course completion
  certificate for those that successfully complete the class.  Preregistra
