DESCRIPTION:Water Rescue Level 2\n\nAn 18-hour Swift Water and Surface Wate
 r Rescue Level 2 class will be hosted by Fountain VFC on August 12 &amp\;
  13\, 2017.  The class meets Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 5 pm.  Ed 
 Sankbeil is the instructor.  Prerequisites:  Swift Water Rescue Level 1 
 OR Swift Water Operations and Rope Rescue Low Angle Operations.  Partici
 pants must provide verification of prerequisite training.  Participants m
 ust provide a swift water helmet and PFD.  Wetsuit is optional.  Course 
 Fee - $35.  Book can be rented for $10 or purchased for $30. Test date fo
