DESCRIPTION:Water Rescue Level 1\n\nA 24-hour Swift Water and Surface Water
  Rescue Level 1 class will be hosted by Fountain VFC on August 4\, 5\, &am
 p\; 6 2017.  The class meets Fri 8/4\, 6 to 10 pm\; Sat &amp\; Sun 8/5 
 &amp\; 6\, 8 am to 6 pm.  Ed Sankbeil is the instructor.  Prerequisites:
   Rescue Core Prerequisites\, NFPA 1006 Chapter 5 OR WVU-FSE Rescue Core 
 Course\, and Rope Rescue Level 1\, NFPA 1006 Chapter 6 OR Rope Rescue Low 
 Angle Operations.  Participants must also pass a swim test. Participants 
 must provide verification of prerequisite training.  Participants must pr
 ovide a swift water helmet and PFD.  Wetsuit is optional.  Course fee is
  $45.  Book can be rented for $10 or purchased for $30.\n\nNOTE:  A Leve
 l 2 Water Rescue Class will be held August 12 &amp\; 13 at Fountain VFC\n\
