 n\nWater Rescue Awareness Description: This 2-hour class meets the Awarene
 ss Level requirements of NFPA 1006 Chapters 16\, 17\, and 22. The textbook
  is “Water Rescue: Principles and Practice to NFPA 1006 and 1670: Surfac
 e\, Swiftwater\, Dive\, Ice\, Surf\, and Flood”\, Second Edition. The sa
 me textbook is used for Water Rescue Awareness\, Operations\, and Technici
 an.\n\nWater Rescue Operations Description: This 30-hour class meets the O
 perations Level requirements of NFPA 1006 Chapters 16\, 17\, and 22. The t
 extbook is “Water Rescue: Principles and Practice to NFPA 1006 and 1670:
  Surface\, Swiftwater\, Dive\, Ice\, Surf\, and Flood”\, Second Edition.

 echnician. Prerequisites include: Must pass swim test and Water Rescue Awa
 reness OR WVPST Rescue Core Prerequisites\, AND Rope Rescue Level 1 OR Rop
