DESCRIPTION:The S.T.A.B.L.E. Program is one of the most widely distributed 
 and implemented neonatal education programs focused exclusively on post-re
 suscitation/pre-transport stabilization care of sick infants. It was devel
 oped to meet the needs of health care providers who deliver stabilization 
 care to infants. The program’s acronym is a mnemonic referring to the si
 x assessment and care modules\, which are Sugar\, Temperature\, Airway\, B
