SUMMARY:Rope Rescue Awareness and Operations
DESCRIPTION:A combined rope rescue awareness and operations class (24 hours
 ) will be held at Grant Town VFD (Marion County) on June 17\, 24\, &amp\; 
 25\, 2023.  Class will meet 8am - 4pm each day.  Josh Tompkins is the le
 ad instructor.  Participants should come to class each day with long pant
 s\, boots\, gloves\, helmet\, and eye protection.  Students must attend a
 ll class sessions in order to successfully complete the class.\n\nCourse t
 uition is $70.  The course textbook\, Rope Rescue Techniques: Principles 
 and Practice 5th Edition\, is not required at the awareness/operations lev
 el\, however\, if participants wish to purchase it\, they may do so at the
  first class session for a cost of $80.  Those wishing to purchase a book
  need to notify the WVPST office at the time of registration so books can
