SUMMARY:Rope Rescue Awareness and Operations
DESCRIPTION:A combined rope rescue awareness and operations class (24 hours
 ) will be held at Belington VFD (Barbour County) on February 15\, 18\, 19\
 , 2023.  Class will meet 6-10pm on 2/15/23 and 9am - 6pm on 2/18 and 2/19
 /2023.  Jimmy Glasscock is the lead instructor.  Participants should com
 e to class each day with long pants\, boots\, gloves\, helmet\, and eye pr
 otection.  Students must attend all class sessions in order to successful
 ly complete the class.\n\nCourse tuition is $45.  The course textbook\, R
 ope Rescue Techniques: Principles and Practice 5th Edition\, is not requir
 ed at the awareness/operations level\, however\, if participants wish to p
 urchase it\, they may do so at the first class session for a cost of $80.\
