 our Rescue Core Prerequisites with Rope Rescue Level 1 course includes cov
 erage of the NFPA awareness level requirements for operating in the techni
 cal rescue environment\, as well as the general job performance requiremen
 ts found in Chapter 5 of the 2013 Edition of NFPA 1006\, Standard for Tech
 nical Rescuer Professional Qualifications. This course presents in-depth c
 overage of structural collapse\, confined space and trench rescue\, vehicl
 e rescue\, and water and wilderness rescue\, allowing rescue organizations
  to approach any rescue situation safely and confidently. This course will
  prepare you for further training in the more specialized and advanced ski
 lls necessary in various technical rescue disciplines\, and is required pr
 ior to taking any of the other technical rescue courses. Students successf
 ully completing this course will also obtain Rope Level 1 certification NF
 PA 1006\, 2013 edition.\n\nThis course is being conducted at Granville Fir
 e Department\, Granville\, West Virginia (Monongalia County). Class dates 
 and times are September 8\, 12\, 17\, 22\, 24\, 26\, 29 from 6 - 10 pm on 
 weekdays and 8 hour days on Sundays starting at 9:00am.  John Lemley is t

  link below.\n\nTUITION is $45 per student. The textbook\, “Rescue Core 
 Prerequisites” will be loaned to the student for a $10 fee\, but it may
