DESCRIPTION:Propane Emergencies Training\n\nAn 8-hour class on propane emer
 gencies will be held at Citizens Fire Company in Charles Town\, WV on Satu
 rday August 10\, 2019 from 8 am to 4 pm.  Dennis Cruz of Propane Training
  Services is the instructor.  The training includes classroom and hands o
 n live fire training.  Participants should bring turnout gear and SCBA. 
  This training is provided at no cost to participants.  Participants shou
 ld preregister by August 2\, 2019.  Only the first 50 to preregister will
