 l be teaching it.  This training is open to all who wish to attend.  Thi
 s training presents an updated operational acronym\, SLICERS: Size up all 
 scenes\; Locate the fire\; Identify &amp\; control the flow path (if possi
 ble)\; Cool the heated space from a safe location\; Extinguish the fire\; 
 Rescue and Salvage.  This training will provide a firsthand look at the U
 L/NIST Modern Fire Behavior/Dynamics studies and serve to educate students
  how they can be delivered and instituted in their fire departments.  Thi
 s training was developed by the International Society of Fire Service Inst
 ructors.  Preregistration is not required.  There is no cost.\n\n&nbsp\;
