   Mike Athey is the instructor.  Participants must obtain a FEMA Student
  Identification (SID) number so that a FEMA Enrollment Form can be complet
 ed. Class will be cancelled if minimum number of enrollments have not prer
 egistered by May 24.  Class fee is $70 - Tuition $35 and Books $35.  NIM
 S 300 is Prerequisite - Participants must provide verification of prerequi
 site training to receive certification.  The FEMA Course Name for this cl
