  participants\n\nA NIMS/ICS 300 class will be held at Capon Bridge VFD on 
 May 17\, 18 &amp\; 19\, 2019.  The class will meet Friday 6 to 10 pm\, an
 d Saturday &amp\; Sunday 9 am to 5 pm.  Mike Athey is the instructor.  P
 articipants must obtain a FEMA Student Identification (SID) number so that
  a FEMA Enrollment Form can be completed. Class will be cancelled if minim
 um number of enrollments have not preregistered by May 10.  Class fee is 
 $70 - Tuition $35 and Books $35.  NIMS 100\, 200\, and 700 are Prerequisi
 tes - Participants must provide verification of prerequisite training to r
