 mergency Medical Technicians' EMS Safety Course will be held at Springfiel
 d Area Rescue Squad on Saturday May 23\, 2020 from 9 am to 5 pm.  Jeff Wh
 ite is the instructor.  A $10 card fee is payable at the class.  Preregi
 stration is not required.  The National Association of Emergency Medical 
 Technicians' EMS Safety course teaches students how to protect themselves 
 and their patients while on the job. It promotes a culture of safety and h
 elps reduce the number of on-the-job fatalities and injuries.  Its intera
 ctive format features real-life case studies and compelling discussions on
  current safety issues.  EMS Safety is offered as an 8-hour classroom cou
 rse and is appropriate for all levels of EMS practitioners\, other medical
  professionals providing prehospital patient care\, and EMS supervisors an
 d administrators.\n\nEMS Safety is accredited by CAPCE and recognized by N
