 urse does not guarantee employment as a WVPST Instructor. This Instructor 
 Course will prepare the participant to deliver training in an EMS\, Fire\,
  or LE Department. This course will allow participants to receive Instruct
 or I and II certification. This course is IFSAC eligible. In order to rece
 ive an Adult Teaching Permit from the WVDE\, the applicant must meet addit
