DESCRIPTION:Instructor Course\n\nThere will be an Emergency Services Instru
 ctor Course October 12\, 13 &amp\; 14 and October 19\, 20 &amp\; 21 at JCE
 SA\, 419 16th Ave\, Ranson\, WV.  The class will be held Fridays 6 to 10 
 pm\; Saturdays &amp\; Sundays 8 am to 5 pm.  The cost of the course is $2
 50.00\, which includes textbook.  The class is limited to 18 participants
 .  Preference will be given to those who preregister on the WVPST website
 .  This Instructor Course will prepare the participant to develop and del
 iver training in an EMS\, Fire\, or Law Enforcement Department. This cours
 e will be designed to allow participants to receive Instructor 1 certifica
 tion\, or both Instructor 1 and 2 certification\, per the NFPA Instructor 
 Standard.  In order to receive an Adult Teaching Permit from WV Departmen
 t of Education\, the applicant must meet additional requirements.  Succes
 sful completion of the course does not guarantee employment as a PST Instr
