DESCRIPTION:IFSAC Testing for FF II Canceled\n\nThis IFSAC Testing has been
  canceled due to concerns with the coronavirus pandemic.  When the morato
 rium on training and testing has been lifted we will try to reschedule.\n\

 C (International Fire Service Accreditation Council) Testing to provide We
 st Virginia Firefighters with National Certification.  IFSAC Testing prov
 ides a uniform means for judging and ranking personnel which is fair and e
 quitable\; to serve as a guideline for acceptable levels of performance\; 
 and to be equally applicable to both paid and volunteer firefighters.\n\nT
 he written testing for Firefighter II is on Saturday\, March 28\, 2020 at 
 6:00 pm and the practical skills evaluations are on Sunday\, March 29 begi
 nning at 9:00 am at Martinsburg Fire Department\, Martinsburg\, WV.\n\nTes
 ting is based on NFPA 1001 2013 Standard for Level 2 Fire Fighter.\n\nPrer
 equisites include Firefighter 2\, Fire Fighter I IFSAC Certification\, or 
 participation in FF I IFSAC Testing on March 27 and 28\, 2020.  Copies of
  certificates validating prerequisite training are required.\n\nSuccessful
  completion of the examination earns the candidate IFSAC certification in 
 Fire Fighter II.\n\nThe examination is composed of a Fire Fighter 2 writte
 n test (50 questions)\, and practical skills demonstrations. Participants 
 should bring full turnout gear and SCBA.\n\nThose wishing to take the exam
 ination can request skills sheets to study.\n\nPre-registration is require
 d.  Applications will be accepted on a ‘first-come\, first-served’ ba
 sis and must be received by March 20\, 2020.\n\nClick here for an Applicat
