WVPST is pleased to partner with WV Emergency Management Division to announce an Identification of Human Remains for First Responders Course.
Description: The Comparative Osteology for First Responders Workshop is an invaluable resource designed for search and rescue teams, law enforcement, fire/rescue personnel, and park rangers. It equips participants with the skills to distinguish between human and non-human remains, crucial for effective identification of human remains.
Dates: March 22, 2025
Cost: WVEMD will provide training materials. Student will be responsible for transportation costs and meals.
Length: 8 hours
Location: W.I.L.D. Training (120 Kingfisher Rd., Minden, WV 25879)
