DESCRIPTION:The KPEPC is pleased to sponsor the WV Emergency Management Dep
 artment Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program. This two- day 
 course covers the requirements and process to be used for all drills and e
 xercises. This format must be used for all drills recognized by FEMA and 
 DHS.\n\nThe course will be offered on March 6 and 7. The course is open t
 o all interested parties.\n\nRegister for the free course on the Regional 
 Training Center (RTC) web site at info@rtc4safety.com. Select Registration
  and South Charleston location. The course code is KPHSEEP23. Contact Da
 n Taaffe\, (304) 348 – 1346\, with registration questions or issues.\n\n
 All students must have completed the FEMA Drill Planning on-line course pr
 ior to class. The course is located at  https://training.fema.gov/is/cr
 slist.aspx?lang=en. Bring your certificate to class for instructor review
 .\n\nEach person will need to create a FEMA SID (if they don't already ha
 ve one) at this site:  https://cdp.dhs.gov/femasid/register\n\nThe class
  will start each day at 8:00 AM. Lunch will be provided.\n\nPlease share 
 this with any person involved in drill planning and evaluation. All are w
 elcome. We plan to offer a second class so room availability should not b
 e an issue. This registration code is only for March 6 and 7. We will is
