DESCRIPTION:On January 17\, 2022 from 6pm - 9pm\, we will be offering a vir
 tual instructor led Hazmat Awareness for EMS Providers course.  This 3 ho
 ur course meeting the WVOEMS requirements for annual Hazmat training\, tit
 led Hazardous Substances: Exposures and Encounters\, will provide an overv
 iew of what Hazardous substances are and how to identify them\, levels of 
 training required for various Hazmat responses\, how hazardous substances 
 affect the body\, resources available to first responders when dealing wit
 h Hazardous materials\, and actions initial responders should take on thes
