DESCRIPTION:FIREFIGHTER 1\n\nThis 120-hour course will be conducted at Pars
 ons VFD\, Parsons\, WV (Tucker County). Class will begin on Saturday\, Sep
 tember 6\, 2025 at 9:00am.  Class will meet on the following dates: Septe
 mber 6\, 7\, 13\, 14\, 20\, 21\, 28\; October 4\, 5\, 11\, 12\, 18\, 19\, 
 25\, 26  Live burn training will be scheduled at a date TBA.  Class time
 s will be 9am-5pm each session.  Tom Klus is the instructor.\n\nTo regist

 n a waiting list.\n\nTUITION/COSTS: Student fees are $115. The “Fundamen
 tals of Firefighter Skills” book will be available from the instructor a
 t a cost of $80 each.\n\n*Students must come to class each session with st
 ructural firefighting PPE (helmet\, coat\, pants\, boots\, gloves\, nomex 
 hood\, and SCBA cylinder and face mask).  Gear must be in date in order t
 o participate in the live burn training.
