DESCRIPTION:Fire Officer 1 and 2\n\nA Fire Officer 1 and 2 class will be he
 ld at Friendship Fire Company in Harpers Ferry\, WV starting Saturday\, Ma
 rch 3\, 2018 at 9:00 am.  The class will meet Tuesday and Wednesday eveni
 ngs starting at 7:00 pm\, and Saturdays starting at 9:00 am for the 48 hou
 rs of classroom instruction.  The class will meet March 3\, 6\, 7\, 10\, 
 13\, 14\, 17\, 20\, 21\, 24\, 27 &amp\; 28. Participants are required to 
 complete a significant amount of classwork outside of scheduled classes. 
  Donald Longerbeam and Ronnie Shutts are the instructors.  This class mee
 ts NFPA 1021\, 2014 requirements for Fire Officer 1 and Fire Officer 2.  
 This class combines the requirements for Fire Officer 1 and Fire Officer 2
 . Participants who successfully complete the course will receive certifica
 tes for Fire Officer 1 and Fire Officer 2. Someone already having Fire Off
 icer 1 must attend the entire class to certify for Fire Officer 2. Fire Fi
 ghter 2 is a prerequisite for Fire Officer 1. Participants must provide ve
 rification of prerequisite to receive certification. Tuition is $45. Books
  are $120.  Class will be cancelled if minimum enrollment numbers are not
