 This is for a particular class but others who qualify to test or retest th
 e initial EMT examination are welcome to participate by making prior arr
 angements with David Plume at WVPST Martinsburg.  There is no charge for 
 written testing.  There is a $50 fee for EMT Practical Skills Evaluations
  for anyone who is not enrolled in a WVPST EMT or EMT Recertification clas
