 ctical skills evaluations and the WVOEMS written test for initial EMT Cert
 ification will be administered at the Panthera Training Center on Wednesda
 y December 19\, 2018 starting at 6:00 pm.  This is for a particular class
  but others can participate by making prior arrangements with David Plume 
 at the WVPST Martinsburg Office.  There is a $50 charge for EMT Skills Ev
 aluations for anyone who is not enrolled in a WVPST EMT or EMT Recertifica
 tion class.  Please note that after Dec 31\, 2018 the state option for wr
 itten testing will not be available.  Starting January 1\, 2019 West Virg
 inia becomes a National Registry state and the National Registry test will
  be the only option for written testing.
