DESCRIPTION:EMT Recertification\n\nA 28-hour EMT Recertification class wil
 l be held at Franklin Rescue Squad starting Wednesday\, July 26\, 2017 at 
 7:00 pm.  The exact class schedule will be determined by the instructor a
 nd participants. Test date TBD.  Course Fee is $50.\n\nApplicants must pr
 ovide documentation of a minimum of 20 hours of Continuing Education\, inc
 luding MCI or Disaster Management related training including drills (2 hou
 rs)\, Annual HazMat Awareness training (8 hours)\, EMT BLS Protocol Review
  (4 hours)\, and an additional 6 hours of CE.   Applicants must provide 
 a copy of a current CPR Card.  WVOEMS charges a $25 application fee for E
 MT recertification.  Skills Evaluation form must be signed by Agency Medi
