DESCRIPTION:EMT Recertification\n\nA 28-hour EMT Recertification Class will
  be held at South Branch CTC in Petersburg\, WV starting Friday\, August
  18\, 2017 at 6:00 pm. The class schedule will be determined by the instru
 ctor and participants. Test date TBD. Megan Goldizen is the instructor. Co
 urse fee is $50.  Applicants must provide documentation of a minimum of 2
 0 hours of Continuing Education\, including MCI or Disaster Management rel
 ated training including drills (2 hours)\, Annual HazMat Awareness trainin
 g (8 hours)\, EMT BLS Protocol Review (4 hours)\, and an additional 6 hour
 s of CE. Applicants must provide a copy of a current CPR Card. WVOEMS char
 ges a $25 application fee for EMT recertification. Skills Evaluation form
